Nicholas McCormick:
Nicholas McCormick has over 20 years experience as a high quality builder in Ulster County. He began his career in 1983 as an apprentice to a New England Master Craftsman, learning traditional carpentry and woodworking, while building custom homes in Marbletown.
Wanting a change, Nicholas went to work for another construction company in 1987, where he spent two years framing condominiums. He continued to refine his skills and attention to detail.
In 1989 Nicholas founded Mountain Valley Builders. As his reputation and expertise grew, so did the business. Nicholas now meets the challenges of commercial and residential building as well as renovations. His commercial work includes restaurants, professional buildings, stores, and artists' studios. Staying informed on new building technology and products enables him to complete his projects to the highest standards.
Nicholas collaborates closely with architects/designers and his clients to create their vision. He is attentive to every detail. His high quality craftsmanship, communication skills, ethics, and timeliness have earned him an excellent reputation and repeat clients and referrals.
